The Beginning

Kyle Lemieux is the founder of KRL Property Solutions, LLC. Born and raised in the picturesque state of Rhode Island, Kyle's journey has been shaped by hard work, dedication, and a passion for understanding how things function.

He graduated from Cumberland High School in 2004, and his formative years were heavily influenced by his family. Summers were spent working alongside his grandfather at his company, Lemieux and Son. These early experiences instilled in Kyle a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for hands-on learning. His uncle Roland also played a pivotal role in his development by teaching him the intricacies of electrical work.

Kyle's career in property maintenance began with positions at two different companies. The first focused on residential properties, including condos and apartments, while the second specialized in commercial properties. These experiences provided Kyle with a broad skill set and the confidence to venture out on his own in 2014 by starting a dba known as Home Maintenance.

In 2019, a few years after his grandfather’s passing, Kyle took a significant step by establishing his own LLC, KRL Property Solutions, LLC. His company is a tribute to the values and skills he learned from his grandfather and uncle, and it embodies his commitment to excellence in property maintenance and project management.

Kyle's fascination with understanding how things work drives him to continuously learn and improve his skills. Whether it's fixing a complex building issue or managing the upkeep of a property, both commercial and residential, he is dedicated to providing top-notch service to his clients.
